Subscription Plans
There will be at least two subscription plans:
Standard Plan
The default plan for most users, providing access to core features and fair-usage policy for AI conversations.
Premium Plan
The advanced plan for power users, providing additional features, increased allowances for AI conversations, and more developed background AI analysis and planning.
*Details of plans will be announced along with the Kickstarter campaign details.
Pledging Rules
  1. What exactly am I buying with a pre-pledge?
    1. You are buying a pre-pledge tier that grants you access to exclusive rewards and discounts on your Unbreakable subscription.
    2. Your pre-pledge will be applied to your account when you install the app and set up an in-app subscription.
  2. How does this relate to the Kickstarter campaign
    1. The purpose of a pre-pledge is to bootstrap the Kickstarter campaign a bit before it starts, to maximise its chance of success.
    2. Pre-pledges are separate from the Kickstarter campaign, but allow us to tell Kickstarter that we have raised some of our target goal in advance.
  3. Do I have to pledge in the Kickstarter to unlock my rewards?
    1. You are not obligated to also pledge within the Kickstarter campaign.
    2. You may choose to also pledge to the Kickstarter campaign for additional rewards.
  4. Do I still get my rewards if I don't pledge in the Kickstarter too?
    1. Rewards granted on this page are not 'Kickstarter rewards' and will be applied to your subscription irrespective of whether you pledge in the Kickstarter campaign as well.
    2. Rewards explicitly referenced as '(extra) Kickstarter rewards' are available only through the Kickstarter campaign and unlock only if you also make a pledge to our campaign on the Kickstarter platform.
  5. Why would I want to pre-pledge?
    1. Reward tiers granted on this page are exclusively for pre-pledgers and will not be available during the Kickstarter campaign
    2. The rewards on this page are the best discounts available.
    3. Pre-pledging also enters you into the lifetime subscription raffle. This won't be available via the Kickstarter.
  6. What if I change my mind?
    1. Money-back guarantee. If you decide to neither join the Kickstarter nor install the app you can claim a full refund of your pre-pledge purchase.
  7. What are the Kickstarter tiers?
    We'll make the Kickstarter tiers public soon. They will involve a combination of discounts on the subscriptions along with merch and other goodies.
  8. How do I make a pre-pledge and/or a pledge?
    To make a pre-pledge, simply select a tier above and click the "Pledge" button. This will take you to our payment processor to complete the transaction.
    To make a pledge in the Kickstarter campaign, visit our Kickstarter page once it is live.
  9. How do I get my rewards?
    1. Once you have made a pre-pledge, you will receive an email with instructions on how to claim your rewards once the app is launched.
    2. If you also pledge in the Kickstarter campaign, you will receive additional instructions via Kickstarter.
    10. Your Data
    1. Your pre-pledge details are stored and managed through our payments processor (Stripe) and our mailing list manager (Mailchimp).
    2. You may request that we delete your data - or ask any questions - at any time via info@icanbeunbreakable.com.
